AS outer clamping sets safely fasten
disk shaped components such as gears or drive pulley's to a shaft. Depending on the
requirements, installation utilizes threads in the installed drive component or through
holes in the drive component and threads in the clamping ring. The inner clamping
ring can also be equipped with centring rings as standard.
FKH Flange couplings are design
for quick assembly and disassembly. FKH creates a rigid, zero backlash connection.
The flange halves may be customer drilled to accommodate a specified bolt pattern.
The FKH is also available with a hydraulic Shrink Disk to reduce disassembly time
keeping equipment downtimes to a minimum.
GF connecting flanges are specifically
designed for cardan shafts. The manufacturer stocks standard sizes for stock size
cardan shafts. The flange is drilled according to the required Bolt Circle required.
HSD Shrink Disks are used to connect
a hub or hollow shaft with a solid drive shaft. Due to the close tolerance of the
parts prior to installation and the high surface pressure after installation, corrosion
and contamination between the surfaces is effectively prevented. This is a non moving
connection thus eliminating the need to replace the device due to wear. The taper surfaces
allow the connection to be easily separated even after many years of heavy-duty operation.
HYD Shrink Disks are used to connect
a hub or hollow shaft with a drive shaft. Using a portable hydraulic hand pump, the
assembly is installed with a slip fit tolerance and locked in place under pressure.
The self-locking tapered joint is secured with a retaining ring. Due to the use of
hydraulic pressure to set the tapers, assembly and disassembly of this connection requires
less time than the standard bolted shrink disk.
IS inner clamping set secure a variety
of hubs and drive components to drive shafts. The clamping sets are self centring
and have self-locking tapers. The IS 4.1 clamping set is specifically designed to facilitate
the load requirements for head and tail pulley's in conveyor systems.
SDG Shrink Disks are a split two
part device used to connect any disk shaped component such as gear, or drive pulley
to a shaft. High performance capabilities as well as quick and simple assembly are

WK shaft couplings are zero backlash,
rigid couplings used to connect two drive shafts. Due to the high capacities of these
couplings and elimination of the keyway, usually a size smaller shaft diameter can
be used. The long model WKL-12 allows for greater shaft separation.
